One of our most recent projects was making a Quality System for an ISO accredited company. Have you ever noticed when you pump your gas or ride in an elevator a sticker that says that it was certified for use till a certain date? This is to ensure the safety of the public when they use these services that they are operating correctly. Companies that provide services such as these have to follow a certain set of rules also called "Quality System." These quality systems are the governing structure of these companies stating the protocol and procedure for everything from human resources to the documentation of production quality.
The whole process of quality systems becomes complex and convoluted very quickly the more you go into detail. So, for brevities sake we’re going to keep this simple.
In under two months we made all the rules and documents for the laboratory, so it was compliant with about 30 pages worth of requirements and standards. Then we made documents to certify each type of equipment which was also governed by an additional 10 to 40 pages of requirements depending on its function. We also handled the sourcing of the equipment for the laboratory and determined and arranged calibration. We had zero audit findings when we were finished, and the company went on to obtain their accreditation.
What we did here goes way beyond the services we typically have provided in the past. This goes to show the experience and dedication of our project managers and their teams. There is no project to big or small for Ask Theseus to handle!
