We originally did a digital conversion for Williams back in 2012 they needed digital PDFs created based on their original forms that were more efficient. So, when the requirements for their companys paperwork changed they contacted us for help! Since we had converted their original forms from paper to intuitive PDFs this was a breeze. They simply gave us the new requirements and we revised their documents ensuring they passed their quality systems audit the first time. These forms not only ensured they had all of the newly required information but significantly reduced the amount of time spent filling out paperwork. With features like form auto-population and excel spreadsheets with embedded macros, the time study we performed showed a 72% decrease in how long it took to fill out the original forms compared to the new digital ones we designed. Even with the new requirements needing more information our intuitive design kept the time spent the same and in some cases it was quicker.
